Any cars issued during the last 5 years not specified in any of the above makes may also be eligible but will be subject to approval from Race Control.
VSCC Rules for NASCAR car modifications.

Car set up rules:                            
1: Motors, Wheels, Axle Bearings may be glued in.
2: Body shells may be painted, but not underpans.
3: All four wheels must touch the track.
4: Tyres must not protrude outside the body of the car.
5: Body screws may be loosened.
6: Braid and guide blades may be interchanged across manufacturers.
7: No tyre treatments may be used.
8: Tyres must be dry when offered up to the 'Start Line Marshal'.
9: Motors: Any motor may be fitted.
10: A maximum r.p.m. will be allowed (to be decided). This will be measured at the diameter of the rear wheel.
11: Gearing: Any gearing may be used.
12: All normal production parts must remain fitted as standard.
13: Screws must be fitted and have a protective tape (or similar) to hold them in the underpan.
14: Any modifications not detailed above are not permitted.

Penalties for not applying to the above rules are:
P1:Disqualification from entry to the current heat where it is found that the car does not comply with the
above rules. The driver will retire to the Pits to modify the car to comply with the above rules.
P2: Nullification of points for heat just completed where it was found that the car did not comply with the above rules. The driver will retire to the Pits to modify the car to comply with the above rules and may, at Race Controls' discretion, not be able to take part in the next heat if modification takes too long (1-2 minutes would be a reasonable delay).
